X marks the spot when you stop and listen and decide to practice Intentional Acts of Kindness. Such an easy thing to do and make an impact on the vibration of energy all around you. Once you start, it becomes addicting. You don’t care what others think either way because it actually makes your day, as well. That peace everyone talks about begins with little steps of kindness. The more who do it, the more it will snowball. It could even become a movement, a bona fide revolution! Again, I repeat, I am really not a “bluebird of happiness”, but, intentionally being kind helps keep me a little upbeat and out of the greedy hands of depression and anxiety.
