Open doors.  It’s such a small thing but is such an easy way to tell someone they are important.  And, I don’t mean in a sexist way, I mean for everyone, and if they won’t accept it , then fine, it’s their loss but it is a seed.  Someday they may see the light.  We need to put the thou back in you and me and all the world.  A tiny thing like taking the two seconds to open a door and let a person go before you tells them they are important too, they are seen, and we are all in this together.  And if nothing else, it has slowed you down to take a breath and be aware that there are others in the world besides yourself and your crazy to do list.  Take a breath.
