Help. A little or a lot. Pay attention to things going on around you and you will find something to help with. Someone at the store parking lot trying to get packages or groceries out of cart and into car, someone in a wheel chair staring at a very high shelf, someone elderly with blown lightbulbs inside or especially outside. Think about what you could use help with and that should provide some clues on what you could do for someone else. This could be a very long list.
