Yesterday, I did my first exercise from the free workshop at Dirty Footprints. The goal is total alignment with creative source. This particular lesson was about unblocking your heart. The best part is you have to paint like a 5 year old. My work ended up with a big heart and lots and lots of little hearts and flowers which I think is appropriately perfect for my Mother’s Day gift to you.
I found the most interesting thing of this practice was when, at the end, I put some white squiggles in the hair. All of a sudden, I took ownership of it. I bonded and it became me. Weird and funny feeling, but exhilarating.
